About the Role

As an Engineering Maintenance Technician at our luxury resort, you will play a key role in maintaining all equipment, systems, and facilities to the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and quality. Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on resort facilities, equipment, and systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruption to the guest experience.
Properly use, maintain, and manage tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.
Record maintenance activities and keep accurate documentation in relevant systems.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational and energy efficiency.
Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues, ensuring quick resolution.
Assist in technical and improvement projects within the resort as required.
Qualifications
Technical education in maintenance, engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience in general maintenance, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or large‑scale facilities.
Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and preventive maintenance systems.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide effective solutions.
Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts if required.
Excellent communication in English and Spanish; German language skills are a bonus.
Hold a valid work permit for Spain.
