Requisitos principalesStrong experience in Frontend Engineering and modern web technologiesProficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks such as React, Next.js, Vue, Svelte, Angular or similarPrevious experience as an Engineering Lead, Tech Lead, Lead Frontend Engineer or similar roleStrong understanding of frontend architecture, performance and scalabilityHands-on with the ability to make technical and architectural decisionsExperience mentoring engineers and supporting their developmentStrong communication skills and collaboration with Product and DesignExperience with high-traffic digital products or fast-growing tech companies is a plusMentoring and people leadershipClear communication with cross-functional teamsCollaboration with Product and DesignJavaScript/TypeScriptReactNext.js
