Our high level of professionalism and commitment drives continuous research to improve efficiency and sustainability, always in strict compliance with the law and aligned with the highest ethical standards.We are looking for aQuality Specialistwho will contribute to the effective operation of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the Project by supporting quality procedures implementation, measuring Key Performance Indicators and taking part in audits among other tasks.
This role works closely with Project Quality Manager to ensure compliance with standards and to reinforce a culture of quality across the organization.Main responsibilitiesSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of the QMS.
Manage and update quality documentation, including procedures and records.
Calculate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results and prepare reports.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Assist in the investigation of non-conformities and implementation of corrective/preventive actions.
Support training activities related to quality processes.
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.Required profile and experience~ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field.
~ Specific Training in Quality Management System will be considered.
~3-5 years of experience in a Quality-related position.
~ Familiarity with ISO standards and quality methodologies.
~ Proficiency in English.
