Ensure cross‑divisional alignment with Client Data and Client Services architecture streams and with Group CTO standards. Evaluate initiatives and programs for architectural compliance and functional coherence with the Client Centricity strategy. Lead architecture governance forums, represent the domain in Enterprise Architecture boards, and ensure adherence to policy. Drive adoption of shared capabilities (identity access, API gateway, UX frameworks, client analytics). Provide architectural oversight to regional teams ensuring consistency while allowing local adaptation. Experience & Skills: Senior Level: 12‑15 years in enterprise or solution architecture within financial services.
