Join our dynamic European team! We are looking for an experienced EPC Procurement Manager to support utility-scale energy storage and renewable energy projects throughout Europe. The Regional EPC Procurement Manager will be responsible for procurement activities related to EPC projects, power infrastructure, and energy storage system deployments across Europe. This role will act as the commercial interface between HiTHIUM and EPC contractors, engineering partners, and key equipment suppliers, ensuring competitive sourcing, cost control, contract management, and successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead procurement activities for utility-scale energy storage, renewable energy, and EPC projects across Europe. Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC contracts, electrical infrastructure, installation services, and project-related equipment. Build and manage a qualified supplier network, including EPC contractors, electrical installers, civil contractors, and key project suppliers. Lead RFQs, tendering processes, commercial negotiations, and supplier selection activities. Manage EPC, equipment supply, and service contracts throughout the project lifecycle. Support project budgeting, cost estimation, and cost optimization initiatives. Identify and mitigate commercial, contractual, and supply chain risks. Collaborate closely with engineering, project delivery, finance, legal, and other internal stakeholders. Monitor supplier performance and ensure project schedules, quality, and cost targets are achieved. What we’re looking for Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within renewable energy, energy storage, power infrastructure, or EPC project environments. Proven experience supporting large-scale EPC projects in Europe. Strong knowledge of international contract structures and commercial negotiations. Experience in project cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement planning. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Fluent English is required. Spanish language skills are highly desirable. xcskxlj Willingness to travel within Europe.
