What to expect: Managing the different work teams for the achievement of the expected Technical monitoring of expectations and changes during development Implementation of development planning in line with the overall project planning Drafting of the technical specification Achievement of development capitalization Ensure the review and sharing of validation plans with the various contributors. Monitor system validations via LIS dashboards for each project Manage weekly meetings and follow-up of validation work Participate in the search for solutions and point of arbitration to resolve any hard points of a strong spirit of challenge What you bring along: Electronic/industrial engineering or similar Previous experience in automotive (minimum 2 to 3 years), particularly in engine systems engineering (safety) and vehicle architecture General knowledge of control GMP thermal (gasoline), hybrid (air loop, combustion, OBD, post-treatment...) and electrical Experience in drafting specifications Experience in drafting validation plans Know how to read and understand a specification Good knowledge of DOORS Good level of English/ to understand entry documents and to provide deliverables at the right level of quality of writing. French also valuable High analytic and problem-solving capabilities Advanced communication and management skills
