From day one, you will be exposed to environments where decisions directly influence quality, efficiency, innovation and long-term value creation.This path is designed to develop future managers who can:understand the business end to endtranslate strategy into action on the shop floornavigate complexity and ambiguitylead people and drive change in dynamic environmentsmanage continuous improvement and operational prioritiesoperate confidently in international and cross-functional contextsThe GPS Manufacturing path opens the door to high visibility, international and impact-driven careers, shaping professionals who are ready to take on future managerial and leadership roles within Stellantis.THE GPS JOURNEY – HOW THE PROGRAM IS STRUCTUREDThe GPS Manufacturing Program follows a clear and progressive structure, designed to accelerate your growth while expanding your business and operational exposure.Phase 1 – Local Entry & FoundationsYour journey starts with a 6‑month internship, beginning in September, in your home country, where you will:join a real Manufacturing teamtake ownership of concrete operational activities and projectsbuild strong technical and industrial foundationsget onboarded into Stellantis culture, values and ways of workingThis phase is designed to help you learn fast, understand how decisions are made, and start creating value early on.Phase 2 – International ExperienceInternational exposure is a core pillar of the GPS Manufacturing Program.The second phase consists of a 24‑month international assignment through the VIE program (Volontariat International en Entreprise), a structured initiative that enables you to work in another country while being fully integrated into Stellantis’ organization.During this phase, you will:work in a different European country (or abroad)experience a new plant, role or operational environmentcollaborate with multicultural and cross-functional teamsstrengthen autonomy, adaptability and a global mindsetThis experience is meant to stretch your perspective, challenge your comfort zone and accelerate both professional and personal growth.Phase 3 – Consolidation & Long-Term RoleAfter the international experience, you return to your home country and Manufacturing function, where you:consolidate your learningtake on increased responsibilityprepare for your next long-term role within StellantisThroughout the journey, you are supported by managers, mentors and HR, and benefit from tailored development initiatives aligned with your growth as a future leader.IS THIS PROGRAM FOR YOU?We are looking for high potential early career talents who are motivated to learn fast, take responsibility and build a long-term career within Stellantis.You are a strong fit for the GPS Manufacturing Program if you:have recently graduated from a Master’s degree (or equivalent)are a citizen of the European Union (requirement to access the VIE international phase of the program)are no older than 27 years old (requirement to access the VIE international phase of the program)are interested in starting your career through a structured and accelerated early‑career programdemonstrate strong learning agility, curiosity and problem‑solving skillsare motivated by international experience and cross‑cultural environmentshave a very good command of Spanish and English (working language of the program)are available to start the program in SeptemberGPS is designed for talents who aspire to grow into future managerial and leadership roles, through progressive exposure, responsibility and international experience.SELECTION PROCESSThe selection process includes an online assessment phase managed by an external partner, aimed at identifying talents with strong learning agility, motivation, problem solving skills and leadership potential.Additional details will be shared with shortlisted candidates during the process.GPS Manufacturing, a key starting point for those who want to turn strategy into action, drive impact and grow into the leaders of tomorrow.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
