This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in the company’s growth, leading and supporting projects in the Events area. We are looking for an all-round profile, a person that is an excellent communicator and great relationship builder, and at the same time detail orientated and understands the importance of following processes and documenting projects to later put theory into practice during the events itself. If you have a proactive, extremely organized, analytical profile and are eager to contribute to a global sports platform, this could be an excellent opportunity. /ppbr/ppbABOUT THE ROLE /b /ppPre-event: /pulliSupport in the definition of the VIP experience, elaborating the concept paper of what the Hospitality will be: /liliLook feel /liliOffer conceptualization (packages, services, VIP brochure…) /liliBenchmarking of VIP areas of other tournaments or events. /liliCreate written proposals (power point) and presentations. /liliSource and work with vendors and suppliers (furniture, catering…). /liliCoordinate graphic material production: brochure, client manual, … /li /ulpbr/ppDuring the event: /pulliHelp coordinating technical and production aspects. /liliParticipate in the full setup process from scratch to completion, including dismantling /liliManage tournament VIP restaurant reservations. /liliContact with the different suppliers of the restaurant for any incident (catering, furniture, decoration…). /liliStrong relationship management. /li /ulpbr/ppPost-event: /pulliTrack, analyze and report back the event results. /liliSet up reports about learning and possible improvements. /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR /b /pulli2-5 years of experience working in the sports and events business /liliExceptional knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point) /liliExcellent verbal and written Spanish and English required /liliExcellent planning, time management, organization and presentation skills /liliEnthusiastic, proactive, positive and full of energy /liliExcellent interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and suppliers /liliFlexible to accommodate urgent requests and to work even at irregular hours including possible overtime and weekends as per event requirements /liliOutstanding attention to detail and proven problem-solving ability /liliAble to manage stress and operate under intense event environments and requirements /liliGood team player but also able to work independently on specific workstreams /liliTenacity to execute repetitive tasks with a passion to deliver faultless documents. /liliAvailability to travel /li /ulpbr/ppbWHAT WE OFFER /b /pulliPermanent contract /liliCompetitive compensation /liliTravel insurance /liliInternational work environment /liliThe opportunity to work in Top sport, specifically in some of the leading tennis events and with top tennis players around the world /liliOpportunities for career growth within the company /liliTeam oriented and collaborative work environment /li /ul
