✨ We're hiring! Events Specialist – Global Team Are you passionate about delivering high‑impact virtual events and ready to take on a global role? A great opportunity to manage online events end‑to‑end and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions. 90% Remote | Based in Barcelona / Catalunya Start: ASAP or short notice What you’ll do: - Manage virtual events end‑to‑end across global regions - Work with platforms like SpotMe or Cvent - Set up webinars, registrations, landing pages & reporting - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution - Support communication workflows (Adobe Campaign is a plus) - Troubleshoot live events and keep timelines on track What we’re looking for: - Strong PMO skills and proven ability to lead projects end‑to‑end - Experience with SpotMe, Cvent or similar (must) - Strong background managing online events end‑to‑end - English C1–C2 + Spanish or French - Outstanding organizational skills - Based in Catalunya / Barcelona (occasional office visits) - Proactive, solution‑oriented, and a strong team player If this sounds like your next step, apply or feel free to message me directly al
