Responsibilities Responsible for managing all the Retail accounts and having an action plan for improvement and effective pallet recovery on the Top Offenders. Drive budgeted growth objectives in the Retailer accounts (Strategic and Major) within the area of influence, to provide ad hoc solutions to their needs through CHEP Value Proposition. Build relationships with multiple levels in the Retail organization, ensuring new strategic partnerships, through Joint Business plans, developing E2E solutions to enable long-term and sustainable growth. Be part of an agile and flexible team, capable of developing different tasks in the different retail areas in support of the specific needs and priorities of the organization at each moment. Major / Key Accountabilities Work to deliver a safe working environment for him/herself and support his/her colleagues to meet the CHEP & Brambles Zero Harm Targets. Have knowledge of the Brambles Code of Conduct. Negotiation with Retailers: implementation of Asset Productivity Agreement and other contracts looking for Supply Chain efficiencies for both parties. Work in a matrix environment: working in an agile organisation, he/she will be involved in local teams to implement granular actions at local level. He/she will participate in the Shaping our Future program, supporting on local actions according to the new Retail Commercial Policy. Work in coordination with other departments resources involved in the Asset Productivity plans, such as the local Asset Protection team, SRA team, KAM team, International Call Centre, field resources provided by the Central EU team, etc. On both local Strategic and MAJ accounts, he/she will be responsible for applying and following up the strategy aligned with the Strategic Retail Account Manager or MAJ account responsible. Execute the asset productivity plan in his area of influence coordinated with the Supply Chain team to ensure the best cost-effective solution for asset recovery. He/she will support several areas of influence in ES on ad hoc actions, projects or situations that may require the reinforcement of resource presence. Digitalization is a strategic pillar in CHEP; he/she will be responsible for executing any innovative solution identified for his/her area of influence, and engage the Retailers in these kinds of projects. Support on initiatives focused on CHEP Strategic Pillars with Retailers. Transport Collaboration, BXB Digital, Sustainability. Execute audit program in line with CHEP annual audit plan. Improvement of NPS Survey results. Experience Minimum 3 years relevant supply chain experience in the Retail area, Logistics Operators, Manufacturing company. FMCG, knowledge of Retail and Distribution networks and Supply Chain. Experience in selling and negotiating with Retail. Business to business sales/service experience. Skills and Knowledge Priority setting: workload deadlines are consistently achieved through good time management. Ability to coordinate and plan – highly organized and take over responsibility for delegated task. High standard of work quality with focus on continuous improvement. Excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence diverse groups. Adaptable, reliable, flexible, credible and resilient.
