The Opportunity
We E-Commerce Merchandising Graduate to join the international digital team for Carolina Herrera based in Barcelona. Reporting to the Fashion Senior E‑Merchandiser, you will support the online merchandising teams with ongoing content contribution for website.
What you’ll get to do
Product and Catalog Execution: Support product launches aligned with the seasonal calendar by uploading, updating, and maintaining accurate product pages, including categorization, attributes, and tagging.
Merchandising: Assist in curating product assortments for categories, collections, and landing pages; support homepage modules, banners, featured products, and basic cross‑sell and upsell setups.
Creative and Content Coordination: Collaborate with Communications and Fashion House teams to manage copy, imagery, and retouching deliverables, ensuring consistent, high‑quality content across all key launches.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key e‑commerce KPIs (conversion rate, revenue, AOV, sell‑through, stock levels) and support performance analysis through reporting and insights.
Operational Support: Perform regular site checks to ensure accuracy of pricing, imagery, links, and content; identify issues and coordinate with tech teams to resolve bugs.
We’d love to meet you if you have
1-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital, or related field.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital marketing concepts.
Able to demonstrate commercial aptitude and a pragmatic approach to working.
Strong analytical/numerical skills, ability to work with Excel.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
Interest in the beauty, fashion, and luxury retail industry.
Experience with Photoshop is a plus.
