Field Application Specialist Catalonia & Balearic IslandsPosition overview: Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is hiring an Associate Field Application Specialist to provide excellent customer service to clients while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. The FAS will be located in Barcelona supporting customers and impacting patient health.ResponsibilitiesProvide excellent professional support and training to Beckman Coulter’s customersTravel in the region as required, experiencing all the various locations our instrumentation is utilizedMaintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner, resolve issues to deliver a high-quality Customer ExperienceDevelop commercial awareness through cross functional support of the business to increase growth opportunitiesDemonstrate our pioneering innovation solutions and new products for the marketDevelop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. This is supported with a Development Pathway programBe supported by a strong leadership team, involved in key projects to deliver successful installations for customers that meet their requirements and those of the companyRequirementsUniversity Scientific degree and experience in Clinical LaboratoryFluent in Spanish and English. Other languages will be valued.Hold a current valid driver’s license and good driving record.
