Location: Base in any major city within Portugal or Spain. Frequent travel within both countries is required.Dé el siguiente paso en su carrera profesional ahora: desplácese hacia abajo para leer la descripción completa del puesto y envíe su solicitud.Job Responsibilities:Be responsible for the commissioning, testing, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of charging equipment within the assigned Portugal and Spain region.Provide on-site and remote technical support and consultation to customers on international projects, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Execute upgrades and modifications for charging equipment. Perform emergency repairs and provide on-site support for major customer events.Conduct basic operational and safety training for customers and other relevant personnel.Track, manage, and resolve other project or client-related issues promptly and effectively.Qualifications & Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.Experience: Prior experience in field service, technical support, or a related area is preferred. Experience working in Portugal, Spain, or on international projects is a significant advantage.Skills & Competencies:Proficient in reading and understanding electrical circuit diagrams.Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills.Strong independent learning and problem-solving abilities.Must hold a valid local driver's license and be a proficient driver.Language Skills (Mandatory):Professional proficiency in English (verbal and written) is required for internal and regional communication.Professional proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required for the Spanish market.Professional proficiency in Portuguese (verbal and written) is required for the Portuguese market.Certifications (Preferred):Relevant electrical certification/license (e.g., electrician's certificate) is a strong plus. xcskxlj A valid driver's license for Portugal/Spain is required.
