Our client is a leading company providing services and solutions within the insurance sector, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, service quality, and continuous transformation.
The Transformation team works on improving end-to-end processes, optimizing costs, and enhancing customer experience through data, automation, and new technologies.
What we are looking for
5+ years of experience working on operational improvement, process reengineering, or transformation projects
Strong experience using process modeling and redesign tools in practice. Deep knowledge of BPM and BPMN 2.0 is valued as a strong foundation, although the role is not tied to one specific standard or methodology
Hands-on experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or similar
Strong understanding of process reengineering, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and redesign processes end-to-end
Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze bottlenecks, define priorities, and focus on economic impact
Exposure to automation initiatives such as RPA, OCR, or AI applied to processes
Experience leading projects end-to-end, managing stakeholders, and delivering against milestones
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present insights, progress, and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders.

The ideal profile is someone who sees process reengineering as the core goal, and uses data and process mining as the lever to achieve it. This role is more oriented toward process analysis and redesign than pure project management, although project leadership will also sit with this person due to the seniority of the position.
What you’ll be doing
As a Senior Process Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and driving them through to implementation with measurable business impact
Analyze current processes, model target processes, and identify inefficiencies and redesign opportunities
Build and maintain end-to-end process mining views to generate data-driven insights and improvement actions
Define and implement initiatives to reduce cycle times, costs, and rework
Define and track operational KPIs linked to processes and transformation initiatives
Lead automation-related initiatives involving RPA and AI applied to processes
Work in project mode, defining plans, coordinating teams, and ensuring execution
Collaborate with Operations, IT, Billing, Quality, and other business areas to align priorities and drive change
Present progress, risks, and economic impact to leadership and sponsors
Help define the company’s transformation and process mining framework from the ground up
Support decision-making on future direction, including approach, tooling, and provider selection.
