This role is focused on providing remote technical support for complex systems, assisting both customers and internal teams, and ensuring a high level of service across the EMEAI region.The ideal candidate will combine strong problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset. You’ll be working in an international environment, supporting installations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and helping to improve overall customer experience.Delivering remote support via phone, email, and chat to customers, distributors, and colleaguesTroubleshooting issues related to Central Control systems, software, and network connectivityManaging service-related tasks such as database migrations, remote diagnostics, and system optimisationPreparing and delivering technical training sessions, both online and in-personContributing to service process improvements and efficiency initiatives xcskxlj Supporting timely service plan renewals and other value-added service offeringsDegree in Engineering, Agronomy, IT or a related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in technical support or help desk environmentsStrong technical understanding of wireless/mobile networks and remote support toolsFluency in EnglishGerman or Italian
