The Opportunity Location: Barcelona, SpainGraduate position: 1-year contractYou have graduated less than 3 years ago.You haven't been part of a graduate program previously.Mission : As a Graduate Anaplan Analyst, you will contribute to financial planning and analysis by supporting data reconciliation and budgeting and forecasting activities. As part of the Finance Analysis team, you will analyze data, build reports, and support the enhancement of financial planning models. You will also collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure data accuracy and reliable outputs within the financial planning tool (Anaplan). This entry‑level role is ideal for recent graduates interested in developing strong analytical, technical, and business‑oriented data skills, while gaining exposure to real business challenges in a collaborative environment. What you'll get to do Functions and Responsibilities: Support data reconciliation between Anaplan and other systems Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in reports and analyses. Help gather and document requirements for financial planning models. Assist in building and maintaining Anaplan models for budgeting and forecasting. Participate in training sessions to develop technical and financial skills. We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: No prior professional experience required, though internships or academic projects in data analysis, finance, business intelligence, or related fields are a plus. Education: Degree in Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Languages: Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus. Proactive and eager to learn. Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills. Detail‑oriented, well‑organized, and comfortable handling data. Good communication and teamwork skills. Specific Knowledge required: Basic understanding of business planning and financial concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage.
