At ING we are looking for a Finance Management Reporting and Control AnalystJoin our Management Accounting Team within the Finance function and help us become a strategic partner to ING Spain management and business leaders. As part of this role you will advise stakeholders (EXCO, Retail tribes, WB teams, COO domain) by delivering timely, rigorous and insightful information and help bring the bank’s strategy into execution.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the monthly management reporting to Head Office.Build reports for actuals and forecast for Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, FTEs, etc. for Retail Banking (Private Individuals, PriBa & Buba) and Wholesale Banking.Build a solid network with Global Finance colleagues to ensure smooth collaboration and communication.Produce strategic management reports (QPC, MIS) and coordinate with stakeholders across the bank, synthesising information, comparing actual results against targets, analysing deviations, and providing insightful commentary.Coordinate with Financial Accounting for the actuals monthly closing, analysing the evolution versus target.Feed curiosity with research and competition monitoring – keep an eye on the market.Process understanding & optimisation – understand processes, identify simplification opportunities, drive efficiency at bank-wide and team level, and optimise business‑as‑usual activities.QualificationsMaster or bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience (preferably in banking and/or consulting).Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving mindset.Well‑developed cooperation and communication skills to interact effectively with all departments and colleagues.Excellent speaking and writing skills in English – ability to work on an international level.Ability to simplify complexity.Early adopter of new technologies.High level of autonomy and initiative.Ability to assume personal responsibility.High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn, stay abreast of trends and developments in the field and market.Team player and collaborative.Results oriented – make things happen.Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change.Strong resilience – ability to navigate ambiguity.BenefitsFlexible working model – choose days to work from home and at ING MAD.Restaurant card to cover lunch.On‑site facilities including electric mobility solutions, medical, hairdresser, gym, The Good Service and more.Health insurance for you and family (spouse/partner, children).Life insurance.Flexible remuneration model with tax‑advantaged benefits such as nursery, transport card, training aids.Free company shuttle with multiple routes in Madrid.Banking benefits – special loan and mortgage conditions after 6 months of employment, pension plan after 1 month.360º employee care – physical, mental, social connection and purpose, physiotherapy, clinics with world‑class athletes, Gympass service, employee networks (Rainbow Lions, Leonas & RIÑG), international remote work program.
