As Finance Manager you will lead the Administration area, driving digitalization of internal processes and ensuring accurate accounting, tax compliance, liquidity management, and internal controls. You will work within a global industrial group, partnering cross-functionally to support financial projects and continuous improvement. You will shape financial operations, audits, and governance to sustain growth and efficiency. This role offers impact through digital transformation and close collaboration with a high-caliber team.

• Lead and coordinate the Administration team and related processes
• Oversee general and analytical accounting with timely closings
• Manage short-term treasury including cash flow forecasting and liquidity control
• Prepare and review documentation for internal and external audits
• Drive digitalization and automation of administrative and accounting processes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles
• Strong background in accounting, administration, and treasury management
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control frameworks
• Experience or strong interest in administrative process digital transformation
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge (prefer SAP)
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset
• Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication in Spanish and English
