In addition to these core duties, the Financial Assistant has day-to-day responsibility to monitor financial and administrative controls to ensure company policies and procedures are followed. /p h3ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS /h3 ul liTimely processing of accounting records (e.g. vendor invoices, banking transactions, invoicing of sales on account) into the company’s Accounting Information System /li liWeekly and monthly management reporting of the Profit Loss statement /li liCarry out reconciliations of key Balance Sheet accounts /li liCoordination of the payroll administration function to include timekeeping, employee file organization, payroll reporting and general Human Resources functions /li liSupport to the local management team with normal administrative tasks /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liMinimum of 1-2 years of related experience /li liWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word Highly motivated, energetic and willing to learn /li liAbility to maintain confidentiality /li liAbility to use independent judgment and initiative /li liAbility to work in a high-energy environment /li liStrong organizational skills /li liFluency in English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
