Experteer Overview
As a Financial Data Analyst, you will support global employee benefits solutions by delivering data-driven insights and performance reporting. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Underwriting and Finance to optimize portfolio analytics and reporting for international customers. You’ll streamline data processes, monitor portfolio performance, and help improve service delivery with proactive metrics. This role offers exposure to multiple technological domains and a chance to shape data-driven decision making in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades
• University degree in analytical numerical field (Finance/Accounting, Data Science, Math, Statistics)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of insurance business preferred
• Strong data administration and management skills
• Ability to analyze large datasets and support decision-making
• Excellent communication, presentation, project management and relationship skills
• Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred
• English at business fluency
• Strong organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Team player with proactive attitude and attention to detail
