Experteer Overview As Head of Financial Health for the EU, you will lead FinHealth initiatives across lending products and ensure compliant, effective customer support for financial difficulties. You’ll align EU efforts with the UK team, shaping policies, strategies, and analytics to balance customer outcomes with portfolio health. You’ll collaborate with product, tech, and operations to localise journeys and collections processes. This is a chance to drive impact at scale in a fast-moving, cross-border fintech. - Lead FinHealth initiatives in the EU and localise capabilities for European markets
- Act as the primary FinHealth lead in Europe, ensuring regulatory alignment and risk boundaries
- Own Collections and Recoveries outcomes, balancing customer wellbeing and portfolio performance
- Support product and tech squads to shape in-app journeys for customers facing difficulties
- Collaborate with Operations to implement collections processes aligned with strategy

- Experience leading collections & recoveries strategies for a regulated lender in a European context
- Strong understanding of credit risk strategy within lending
- Deep knowledge of European consumer credit regulations and state-level variations
- Adaptability to a fast-moving, dynamic company environment
