In this role, you will build strong relationships with clients and agencies, delivering customized, performance‑boosting strategies while driving business growth through strategic consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Enhance client and agency relationships by providing tailored, performance‑boosting digital marketing strategies.
Strategic Consultancy: Offer high‑quality consultative guidance to help customers maximize their ROI on advertising investments.
Upselling & Growth: Identify opportunities to promote additional digital marketing products and solutions that support business expansion.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Proactive Engagement: Proactively engage with customers via phone, video calls, and email to maintain high satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
Education & Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 1-2 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
Language Skills: C2 level of Finnish and a high level of proficiency in English.
Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Google products, including Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
Core Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills.
Mindset: A team player who adapts quickly to fast‑paced environments, remains goal‑oriented, and stays customer‑focused.
Passion: A genuine passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, paired with a strong desire to learn and develop.
