This role combines consultative selling, product advocacy, and sales enablement to maximize client value and commercial impact.Job ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & EnablementIdentify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accountsPartner with Account Managers to uncover client needs and align solutionsCreate impactful sales materials to support value-based sellingApply a consultative approach to recommend tailored solutionsClient & Product AdvocacyAct as a fintech product evangelist internally and externallyDeliver product training on platform features, integrations, and booking flowsCommunicate clear value propositions and competitive advantagesImplementation & Solution AdoptionSupport client onboarding, implementation, and go-liveDrive solution adoption and usage optimizationCollaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success teamsSkillset and Experience Required(Must Have) Demonstrated experience selling Virtual Card (VCC) or B2B payment solutions to travel, fintech or corporate clients. The initial focus of this role will be driving VCC adoption across existing and new customers, with additional fintech solutions added to the portfolio over time. 3+ years in fintech sales, sales enablement, or commercial operationsExisting clients portfolio is a strong plus Driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities is highly desirableBackground in travel, payments, fintech or SaaS environments preferredStrong experience in sales enablement, consultative selling, and commercial supportExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to translate technical solutions into business valueCollaborative, results-driven, and highly organized mindsetExperience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environmentsTechnical SkillsKnowledge of fintech, payments, or travel technology ecosystemsUnderstanding of B2B payments, booking workflows, and integrationsAbility to work with data, dashboards, and performance metricsProficiency with CRM systems, Excel, and presentation toolsExperience & Qualifications5+ years in fintech sales (VCC), sales enablement, or commercial operationsBackground in travel, payments, or SaaS environments preferredProven track record of driving revenue and supporting sales growthBachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plusYou will have the opportunity to work for a company that is going through significant change in becoming the world´s leading travel services provider.
