Paulo Airaudo Group – Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager
At Paulo Airaudo Group, we continue to grow and are looking for exceptional talent to join the front‑of‑house teams at two of our restaurants.
Your Mission
You will be a key part of the dining room team, leading or supporting daily operations to guarantee impeccable service and maximum guest satisfaction, always in line with the group’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise floor service.
Lead, motivate, and train the team (depending on the position).
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams.
Manage reservations, shifts, and daily operations.
Ensure full compliance with the group’s quality standards.
For the Assistant role: Provide direct support to the Floor Manager.
The Ideal Profile
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager.
Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Language skills (English and French are highly valued).
Wine knowledge is a significant plus.
Proactive attitude, guest‑oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
