The FP&A Manager, Global Indirect Procurement drives financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis for Global Indirect Procurement. Acting as a trusted partner to the Procurement Finance Lead, the role delivers high-quality insights, ensures transparency on procurement performance, improves financial methodologies, supports data‑driven decision‑making and ensures stakeholder alignment of procurement financial inputs.
Your responsibilities:
Lead procurement budget, forecast, and long-term planning, build robust financial models (cost baselines, savings translation, scenarios), translate procurement initiatives into P&L and cash flow impact
Analyze spend, savings performance, and cost development, identify drivers, deviations, and improvement opportunities, deliver actionable insights for Procurement, Finance and Business leadership
Deliver standardized management reporting and dashboards, support executive reporting and decision‑making, create tools for standardization
Act as finance partner to Category Managers and regional teams, collaborate closely with Corporate Controlling and Business Unit Controlling, support business cases and strategic initiatives
Enhance savings/value realization methodologies, improve data quality, automation, and reporting efficiency, drive standardization of FP&A processes and tools
Your qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a comparable field
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling or Finance Business Partnering
Experience in procurement and/or supply chain finance is a strong advantage
Proven track record in financial modelling, forecasting and analysis (Excel; BI tools are a plus), with strong understanding of P&L and cost drivers
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and seniority levels
Ability to influence without formal authority in a global, matrix environment
Structured, proactive mindset with high ownership and accountability
