In this role you support the FPu0026amp;A team and Finance, People and Product stakeholders by building financial and operational models, and creating actionable dashboards. You will manage the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and governance of the Pigment planning platform, ensuring smooth performance and accurate reporting. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analyses, and drive data integrations with core systems. This position offers autonomy to optimize planning processes and contribute to AI-enabled improvements in a fast-paced fintech environment.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Administer the Pigment planning platform day-to-day, including governance and maintenance• Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate feature rollouts with Pigment teams• Lead build/maintenance of financial planning models (budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis)• Develop dashboards/reports for Finance stakeholders with actionable insights• Capture workforce planning and actuals reporting needs with FPu0026A and People divisions• Serve as first point of contact for Finance/People tool queries• Support rollout of new modules/features across business areas• Assist in training end users and producing documentation/guides• Co-lead data integrations between Pigment and systems (Workday FIN, Workday HCM, Data Warehouse)• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and model efficiency (AI-driven configurations)• Own internal security controls, user roles, permissions, change controls, and model documentation for audits and regulatory needsResponsabilidades• 2+ years hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar planning platforms• Experience maintaining/developing reports, dashboards, and models in planning platforms• Data analysis, SQL or similar querying, and dashboard creation• Understanding xcskxlj of data structures for operational KPIs and financial KPIs• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and ownership of tasks• Conceptual thinking with clear communication; project management skills• Fluent in EnglishRequisitos principales• personal development budget• work from home budget• fitness u0026 wellness discounts• language apps• public transportation• relocation package with visa support
