This full‑time, on‑site role offers solid career growth opportunities.Maximice sus posibilidades de que su candidatura sea seleccionada asegurándose de que su CV y sus habilidades se ajustan al perfil.OverviewAt M47 we are building the future of AI by bringing together specialized talent—including machine learning, data, language, and software engineering experts—to drive ambitious AI initiatives.ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Mapping:Proactively identify, engage, and shortlist specialised technical talent for the Spanish market.Screening & Evaluating:Conduct initial technical and behavioural assessments to ensure candidates meet project requirements.Candidate Management:Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process, from invitation to offer acceptance.Reporting & Handover:Maintain tracking systems, provide regular pipeline status reports to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, and facilitate a smooth handover after a candidate accepts an offer.Post‑Offer ProcessAll post‑offer activities—including contract drafting and formal onboarding—are managed by the corresponding Talent Acquisition Business Partner who takes over the candidate process after an offer has been accepted.QualificationsProven experience in technical recruitment, talent acquisition, or sourcing with a track record of hiring specialised profiles at various seniority levels (e.g., Manual & Automation Testers, AI Engineers, Language Engineers, Software Engineers).Strong candidate engagement skills and a history of guiding talent to accepted offers.Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively during peak periods.Fluency in English.What is in it for you?Location flexibility:Full global remote flexibility (legal invoicing requirements apply for Spanish collaboration).Tools:Full Eurostaffs Recruiter license and access to Google Workspace, Teamtailor (ATS).Team & Collaboration:A close‑knit team culture that fosters open discussion and continuous feedback, worked closely with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner. xcskxlj Payment Model:Performance‐based compensation paid per hire on a monthly basis; additional sourcing support can be negotiated separately.#J-18808-Ljbffr
