Panoram Hotel Management is a hotel management company operating in Spain and Italy, with more than 20 properties and ongoing projects under international brands such as Hilton, IHG, and Accor. Our model combines innovation, technology, and scalable strategies to deliver efficient, results-driven management with a strong focus on talent development and operational excellence.As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office department of one of our hotels in Salou, ensuring operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and full alignment with international brand standards.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Front Office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.Ensure full compliance with international brand standards, procedures, and guest experience expectations.Coordinate and optimize check-in, check-out, reservations, guest relations, and internal communication processes.Manage team schedules, staffing organization, and department workflows according to operational needs.Train, motivate, and develop the Front Office team, fostering a culture focused on service excellence and teamwork.Handle guest complaints and operational incidents proactively and professionally.Monitor departmental KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, upselling opportunities, and operational performance.Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Revenue, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.Supervise cash handling procedures, billing controls, and compliance with company policies.Support the hotel leadership team in achieving financial and operational objectives.QualificationsDegree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Front Office operations within international branded hotels.Previous experience as Front Office Supervisor, Assistant Front Office Manager, or Front Office Manager.Experience with hotel openings, rebranding projects, or operational transitions will be highly valued.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Guest-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Hands-on, operational, and service-driven profile.Fluent Spanish and English required; additional languages are a plus.At Panoram, we believe in equal opportunities.
