Front Office ManagerLocation: Ibiza, Balearic Islands, SpainSoho Farmhouse Ibiza, set in a working olive grove, brings all the things we love about Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire to members living and visiting the White Island, including bedrooms, an outdoor pool, a holistic wellness experience with a gym, yoga deck, treatment rooms, and an organic kitchen garden restaurant and bar.At Soho Farmhouse Ibiza, the Front Office Manager is responsible for ensuring that all members and guests are greeted with a warm and friendly welcome.You will lead the Front of House, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams to ensure the needs of all guests and employees are met and exceeded, applying and training your team on our values of Collaboration, Simplicity, Kindness, and Passion every day at work.Manage the operation of the hotel reception, housekeeping, and maintenance following our standard procedures.Main DutiesAnticipate guest needs to enhance quality service and improve member and guest satisfaction.Maintain a motivated and high performing team to provide service excellence.Be an expert in complaint management, resolving difficult situations efficiently and effectively.Ensure daily responsibilities such as reports and schedules are met.Be commercially aware, monitoring occupancy %, ADR, and revenue.Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.Maintain all amenities and strong stock control.Induct, onboard, and develop all new staff and existing staff.Manage the team following company processes: induction, onboarding, retention, coffee chats, and performance reviews.Attend the weekly HOD meeting to discuss best practices, performance, and current challenges.Oversee the night team and assist general management in ensuring all financial policies and procedures are followed.Act on feedback and Mystery guest reports.RequirementsStrong attention to detail.Excellent customer service.Fluent in English and Spanish.Organised and reliable.Ability to handle feedback to achieve member satisfaction.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIndustryHospitalityReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Soho House & Co by 2x.Get notified about new Front Office Manager jobs in Ibiza, Balearic Islands, Spain.#J-18808-Ljbffr
