We are hiring a Fusion Sales Account Executive who can break into new divisions, expand existing footprints, and close high impact Fusion deals inside assigned Regional accounts. /p pThis is a fast moving overlay role. You will operate as the Fusion expert inside the Regional sales engine. Sometimes you will own the entire deal. Other times you will co sell with the Regional Account Executive to accelerate the opportunity and land the win. You will join a team that runs at startup speed, backed by Autodesk’s global scale and credibility. /p pIf you can uncover opportunities others miss, influence technical and business leaders, and close complex deals with confidence, this is your arena. /p h3Responsabilities /h3 ul liHunt inside assigned accounts and prospect into divisions, teams, and workflows where Autodesk has no presence, creating new Fusion conversations from scratch /li liDrive Fusion deals end to end as the primary seller or co sell with the Regional AE, depending on the opportunity /li liBuild coordinated account strategies with Regional AEs and execute aggressive joint plays /li liMulti thread across engineering, operations, manufacturing, RD, and IT to find pain fast, build champions, and create deal momentum /li liLead powerful customer conversations around Fusion’s cloud native, AI driven platform and the measurable outcomes it delivers /li liWork with Fusion technical sellers to deliver sharp demos, validate requirements, and shape solution alignment /li liMaintain elite pipeline hygiene, tight qualification standards, and accurate forecasting in Salesforce /li liLeverage modern sales tools like Outreach, Consensus, and Gong to increase velocity, sharpen messaging, and improve performance /li liCapture what works. Turn it into repeatable plays. Scale it across the Regional business /li libACV from Fusion sales /b inside assigned Regional accounts /li liNew opportunity creation from net new divisions and teams /li liPipeline velocity and deal progression /li liForecast accuracy and operational discipline /li liStrength of execution with Regional AEs and technical teams /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liA track record of beating quota in midmarket or similar sales environments /li liExperience in overlay or co selling motions and the ability to drive deals in a mixed ownership model /li liStrong hunting instincts with the ability to uncover hidden workflows, new divisions, and expansion pathways /li liConfidence selling into engineering, design, manufacturing, and operational personas /li liAbility to influence multiple layers of a customer’s organization and get decisions made quickly /li liPassion for cloud native, AI powered manufacturing tools and the disruption they are creating /li liHigh competitiveness, urgency, and resilience in multi stakeholder sales cycles /li /ul h3Why Fusion, Why Now /h3 pMidmarket manufacturers are moving fast toward modern, cloud-based workflows. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
