As we expand our international presence, we are seeking a dedicated and strategic International HR Manager to oversee and develop our group HR functions. /p h3Role Overview /h3 pThe HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning Miista’s global HR practices with its business goals. The successful candidate will lead recruitment, talent development, diversity initiatives, payroll management, and internal communication strategies across all subsidiaries. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCoordinate recruitment efforts across all subsidiaries to ensure alignment with business needs. /li liManage job postings for current and future roles across multiple platforms. /li liDevelop initial candidate shortlists and coordinate interviews with the relevant hiring managers. /li liEstablish and maintain an efficient and inclusive recruitment process. /li /ul h3Global HR Policies and Talent Retention /h3 ul liDesign and implement global HR policies tailored to the needs of each subsidiary. /li liDevelop and execute innovative talent retention strategies to foster long‑term employee engagement. /li liMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR policies and recommend improvements. /li /ul h3Training and Development /h3 ul liImplement and manage a comprehensive training program to enhance team capabilities. /li liPromote continuous learning by identifying and addressing skill gaps across teams. /li liCollaborate with department heads to align training programs with strategic goals. /li /ul h3Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality /h3 ul liChampion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across all subsidiaries. /li liDevelop policies to ensure equality of opportunities and eliminate biases. /li liProvide ongoing support and resources to foster an inclusive work environment. /li /ul h3Payroll and Compliance /h3 ul liOversee payroll, bonuses, and commission reporting for all five subsidiaries. /li liEnsure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in each country. /li liAct as a point of contact for resolving payroll discrepancies. /li /ul h3Internal Communication and Process Visibility /h3 ul liDevelop and implement strategies to enhance internal communication across the organization. /li liEnhance the visibility of HR processes to ensure transparency and accessibility for employees. /li liAct as a liaison between teams and leadership to address concerns and promote engagement. /li /ul h3Additional Responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor global HR trends and integrate best practices into Miista’s strategy. /li liPrepare and present regular reports on HR metrics and progress to senior management. /li liServe as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on all HR‑related matters. /li liTravel at least once a year to the international subsidiaries to meet relevant local teams. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred). /li li5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a multinational organization. /li liStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulations across the UK, US, France, Spain, and Portugal. /li liProven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies. /li liExceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. /li liFluency in English; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, French, or Portuguese) is a plus. /li liProficiency in HR management tools and payroll systems. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
