At Ingenico, trust and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.We are seeking a Global API Product Manager to own and lead our cloud API as a product. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, developer-centric APIs that enable seamless integrations across the platform.You will combine deep technical expertise (e.g., senior developer or solutions architect background) with product management skills to drive a product-led API strategy. This is an ideal opportunity for someone transitioning into product management or building on existing PM experience.As a senior member of the Core Platform and API team, you will deliver scalable, reusable capabilities that support all Ingenico cloud solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end lifecycle of the Ingenico 360 Cloud API productDefine and drive the API product vision, strategy, and success metrics (e.g., adoption, usage, NPS)Champion product-led API design, ensuring best-in-class developer experienceReview and approve all public OpenAPI specificationsPartner with architects and product owners to translate business needs into clear API designs and documentationEngage with external developers and partners to validate API design and integration patternsEnsure high-quality, accessible, and accurate API documentationDefine SLAs/SLOs for API reliability and performancePrioritize roadmap using value, impact, and effort trade-offsCommunicate progress and align stakeholders, including senior leadershipQualifications/Skills:Fluent with OpenAPI Specifications to drive a contract-first approach to API developmentSkilled in API design techniques to ensure consistency, discoverability and extensibility.Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experienceStrong preference for candidates with experience in building highly complex enterprise B2B SaaS products.Enjoys tackling complex topics and distilling those to find elegant generic solutionsAbility to quickly assimilate new concepts and technologiesComfortable with remote work and virtual collaboration in a global contextA high degree of self-reliance and dedication to drive product delivery end to endA proven ability to adapt and remain resilient, driving progress and results despite ambiguityMust-haves:Considerable experience as a developer creating API products and API led integrations.Experience working with a B2B SaaS platform, experience dealing with complex requirements with many stakeholders to align.Should haves:Evidence of resilience, working through a situation with ambiguous requirements and being a team playerNice to haves:Experience of the Payments Industry, MDM platforms, IoTAs part of our values, we embrace diversity and inclusion at Ingenico.
