Experteer Overview
In this role, you will steward Puig’s consumer data ecosystem to enable compliant, business-driven CRM and omnichannel experiences. You’ll partner with Global CRM, Brands, and Markets to govern data quality and activation across tools and journeys, driving data-centric insights and personalized engagement. You will own key data products and collaborate across global teams to scale first-party data collection, loyalty, and advocacy. This position blends governance, product leadership, and cross-functional alignment to enable ambitious CRM strategies.

• Lead consumer data governance within the Global Data Governance framework, ensuring alignment with definitions, KPIs, and standards across brands and markets
• Ensure data consistency across tools and platforms to enable seamless activation in consumer journeys
• Oversee compliance and documentation in Collibra to meet governance and regulatory requirements
• Drive ongoing data quality improvements by applying business rules and monitoring
• Participate in the Global Data Governance workstream to align with global strategy and tools
• Upskill brands, markets, and teams on consumer data definitions and management
• Act as business owner for consumer data products/platforms (e.g., C360 Datamart, Bloomreach, Preference Center, Loyal Guru)
• Define business requirements and translate into actionable specs for Tech teams
• Prioritize product roadmaps and communicate progress across the organization
• Evaluate and integrate new features, channels, and data flows for CRM and engagement
• Ensure platforms support first-party data collection, personalization, loyalty growth, and advocacy
• Serve as primary contact for Global CRM, brands, and markets on data tools and capabilities
• Collaborate with Global Retail on features like Connect.U for 1:1 clienteling
• Collaborate with Brands, Markets, Tech, Insights, Legal to align strategies and needs
• Ensure data ecosystem enables dashboards, segmentation, predictive models, automation, and analytics
• Oversee project execution with planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Support change management and adoption of global tools and governance practices
• Ensure data usage complies with GDPR, consent management, and retention rules
• Collaborate with Legal and Privacy teams to meet compliance standards
• Guarantee consent, preferences, and privacy rules across platforms and markets
Responsabilidades
• 7+ years in consumer or digital data management or CRM activation
• Experience in global organizations or cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of consumer data usage in CRM, loyalty, retail, and omnichannel
• Solid knowledge of data governance, data management, and data quality management
• SQL proficiency (querying, validating, troubleshooting)
• Experience with marketing automation, loyalty, or clienteling platforms is a strong plus
• Experience in beauty, luxury, or retail is appreciated
