Job Description At Syngenta, our goal is to build the most collaborative and trustworthy team in agriculture, providing top-quality seeds and innovative crop protection solutions that improve farmers' success. To support this mission, Syngenta’s Hiring Team is seeking a Hybrid Global Digital Marketing Intern in Madrid. In this collaborative, entry‑level role, you will gain professional experience by working on a range of digital marketing topics within the Global Digital Marketing and other related global and local teams. Our ideal intern candidate has a basic understanding of digital marketing disciplines, business, administration and strong communication skills. Responsibilities Assist with social media campaigns. Assist with digital marketing campaigns, including preparation, execution, performance tracking and lessons learned. Assist with search engine optimization. Assist with web development projects. Support digital asset management platform administration and coordination. Produce and proofread website content. Support Digital Marketing ROI, KPIs and success metrics identification and tracking. Track keyword rankings. Support global and local teams events/meeting preparation, documentation and follow‑up. Complete other administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Fluent English skills, spoken and in writing. Master's degree in marketing, business administration, economics, design or similar. Experience with software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, etc. Computer skills, including proficiency on MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Attention to detail, digital‑first mindset. Creative thinker and problem solver. Team player (both in face‑to‑face and virtual environments). Good organizational, time‑management and prioritization skills. Great interpersonal and communication skills. Prior internship experience a plus but not required.
