Advanced Measurement & Performance ExcellenceLead end‑to‑end media measurement strategy, including:Attribution frameworksBrand & performance measurementOversee econometric and advanced analytics approaches to:quantify marketing impactoptimise media investmentssupport budget allocation decisionsDrive the evolution towards holistic, cross‑channel performance measurement3. Media Data Ecosystem, Governance & TrackingDefine and enforce global media data standards, including:tracking frameworks (tagging, pixels, taxonomy)KPI harmonisationdata models across Paid / Owned / EarnedEnsure data quality, consistency, and scalability across all markets and platformsPartner with Tech and Data Governance teams to build a robust, future‑proof ecosystem4. Data Products & Scalable ActivationStructure media data into reusable, scalable data products (dashboards, datasets, models, AI use cases)Define roadmap, use cases, and prioritisation based on business valueEnsure delivery of self‑serve, high‑quality analytics assetsDrive adoption of data solutions across brands and markets5. Insight Generation & Business ImpactTransform complex analyses into clear, actionable business recommendationsBuild strong narratives linking media performance, consumer behaviour, business outcomesAct as a trusted partner for senior stakeholders on media investment decisions6.
