Founded more than 100 years ago, Puig is a family‑owned company with a long‑term commitment to our brands and stakeholders. /p pPuig is seeking a highly skilled Global Head of Consumer Data to join our CRM, Consumer and Media Data Insight Team within the Consumer AI Accelerator Office team, supporting our portfolio of brands across all markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Puig operates with a robust, compliant, and business‑driven consumer data ecosystem that fuels CRM excellence, data‑driven insights, and orchestrated omnichannel consumer journeys. This role is the central enabler of Brands’ CRM strategies. By ensuring data quality, governance, and platform excellence, the Head of Consumer Data empowers brands and markets to deliver personalized, orchestrated, and impactful consumer experiences across all touchpoints, from first‑party data collection to loyalty and advocacy. The Head of Consumer Data will partner closely with Global CRM, Brands, Markets, Data Governance, Global Retail, and Tech teams to elevate how consumer data is governed, structured, and activated globally. The successful candidate will combine strong business knowledge, deep understanding of consumer data usage and management, and proven experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives. /p h3What you’ll get to do /h3 h3Product Ownership /h3 pAct as the business owner for key consumer data products and platforms, including: /p ul liConsumer C360 Datamart (Golden Record) /li liBloomreach (1:many marketing automation: data, new features, new channels) /li liPreference Center (consent privacy preferences) /li liLoyal Guru (loyalty platform) /li /ul pPartner closely with the Global Retail team on: /p ul liConnect.U (1:1 clienteling: data, new features) /li /ul pResponsibilities include: /p ul liDefining business requirements and translating them into clear, actionable specifications for Tech teams. /li liPrioritizing product roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery of enhancements and new capabilities, while sharing progress within the organization. /li liEvaluating and integrating new features, channels, and data flows to support CRM and consumer engagement strategies. /li liEnsuring platforms evolve to support first‑party data collection, personalization, loyalty growth, and advocacy. /li liActing as the primary point of contact for Global CRM, brands, and markets regarding consumer data tools, management, and capabilities. /li /ul h3Expertise Development, Strategic Projects Global Collaboration /h3 pWork closely with Brands, Markets, and cross‑functional teams (Global CRM, Tech, Insights, Legal) to understand their strategies, roadmaps, and specific needs related to consumer data, ensuring strong collaboration across functions and stakeholders. /p ul liAnticipate brand and market needs, ensuring the consumer data ecosystem evolves proactively to support future CRM, clienteling, and engagement strategies. /li liPartner with the Data Product Owner of Consumer Dashboards (based in London) to ensure alignment between data sources, KPIs, and reporting frameworks. /li liEnsure the consumer data ecosystem supports the generation of actionable insights (dashboards, segmentation, predictive models, automation, analytics). /li liEnsure successful project execution through effective planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management. /li liSupport change management and drive adoption of global tools, governance frameworks, and data best practices. /li /ul h3Consumer Data Governance Leadership /h3 ul liLead the governance of consumer data, ensuring alignment with business definitions, KPIs, and data standards across brands and markets. /li liEnsure consistency of consumer data across all tools and platforms, enabling seamless activation across consumer journeys. /li liOversee compliance and documentation within Collibra and Confluence, ensuring all assets meet governance and regulatory requirements. /li liDrive continuous improvement of data quality, ensuring business rules are correctly applied and monitored. /li liTake part in the Global Data Governance workstream, ensuring full alignment with global strategy and tools. /li liUpskill brands, markets, and relevant teams on consumer data definition and management. /li /ul h3Compliance, Privacy Risk Management /h3 ul liEnsure consumer data usage complies with global and local regulations (GDPR, consent management, retention rules). /li liPartner with Legal and Privacy teams to ensure all tools and processes meet compliance standards. /li liGuarantee that consent, preferences, and privacy rules are correctly implemented across all platforms and markets. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbExperience Expertise /b /p ul li12+ years of experience in consumer or digital data management or CRM activation /li liExperience working in a global organization or transversal team /li liStrong understanding of consumer data usage in CRM, loyalty, retail, and omnichannel environments /li liSolid knowledge of data governance frameworks, data management and data quality management /li liSQL proficiency (ability to query, validate, and troubleshoot data) /li liExperience with marketing automation, loyalty, or clienteling platforms is a strong plus /li liExperience in beauty, luxury, or retail is appreciated /li /ul pbSkills Competencies /b /p ul liStrong project management skills with the ability to manage complex initiatives /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills /li liAbility to influence without authority and collaborate across functions and seniority levels /li liStrategic mindset with strong business focus and problem‑solving skills /li liProactive, structured, and solution‑oriented /li liGlobal mindset and cultural adaptability /li /ul pWe welcome Creators Of All Kinds.
