Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global Quality Partnerships & Networks to drive aligned, compliant quality management across Galderma's systems, teams, and external partners. You will act as a cross-functional connector, enabling continuous improvement and scalable quality solutions across a global ecosystem. You will shape how quality is implemented at scale, partnering with stakeholders to embed best practices. - Implement and lead global Quality Management programs and processes
- Ensure system and process alignment, identify and close gaps
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable quality solutions
- Maintain and enforce quality policies and frameworks for compliance and effectiveness

- Lead or contribute to process improvement and transformation efforts

- 8-12+ years in Quality Management within a global, regulated environment
- Recognized subject matter expert with ability to operate independently
- Strong experience on complex, cross-functional projects

- Analytical mindset with ability to solve complex business challenges
- Excellent communication skills, including senior stakeholder presentations
