In this role reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will participate in the development, implementation, and optimization of pricing strategies across brands, segments, and product categories. You’ll collaborate closely with international markets to drive top-line growth and ensure a consistent, competitive global portfolio. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pRole: Global Pricing Graduate /p pLocation: Barcelona (Puig Torre 1) /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul libAnnual price /b: Support brands pricing strategy definition Build on guidelines summarizing it /li libGlobal-to-local pricing /b: Monitor performance and position of Puig products in local markets to define price increases internationally /li libNew products /b: Analyze competitive benchmarks to recommend novelties pricing /li /ul h3What You'll Get To Do: /h3 ul libAnalyze market dynamics /b to understand competition performances by products category and segment and price evolution; as well as retailer promotions, Benchmark of novelties /li libIntegrate local specifics /b, competitive landscape, performance trends, and macroeconomic factors (inflation, exchange rate, etc.) in pricing definition to ensure coherent pricing across regions /li libPrepare and maintain price lists /b, ensuring accurate implementation in system and clear communication with global teams /li libCollaborate with cross-functional partners /b including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development /li /ul h3We'd Love To Meet You If You Have /h3 ul libA university degree /b in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field /li libLanguages: /b Spanish, English (professional proficiency C1) /li libExperience in analytical role /b with intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, PIVOTS).
