Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead global strategic finance initiatives to improve forecasting accuracy and operational efficiency. You will design scalable financial and operational systems across markets and partner with Product, Data, and Engineering to build automated tools and dashboards for executive decision-making. You will drive cross-functional process improvements and KPI modeling to enable scalable decision-making. You will work with regional leaders to translate insights into strategic priorities and support global planning and investment decisions. Responsabilidades

• Excellent communication and relationship management
• Experience in investment banking or consulting is a plus
• Comfort with fast-changing environments
• 1–6 years of relevant work experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
