Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive with PortugueseDescription -Please note, this is a general listing and may not have an immediate opening. We will contact candidates who best meet the job requirements as such openings arise.The Graduate Commercial Inside Account Executive is responsible for owning the end-to-end account strategy and sales engagement for medium business accounts. This role involves developing relationships with acquisition opportunities, managing account strategies, and ensuring efficient business processes. The Inside Account Executive will work closely with specialized inside resources to grow the account.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the end-to-end account strategy.Expand share-of-wallet (SoW) by developing/closing opportunities with acquisition (new logos), retention, & development mid-sized accounts.Drive sales in Personal Systems and Managed Device Services and expand services within the account.Maintain and execute comprehensive account strategies.Identify & Connect customer strategy, key initiatives & HP offering to build outcome-based sales and substantiating business case aligned to customer key initiativesEngage with executives and build customer relationships.Manage pipeline growth and ensure customer retention.Coordinate with various internal departments to align resources with client needs.Education & Experience recommended:Bachelor’s degree acquired within the past 12 monthsFluent Portuguese is required.A good command of English is required.Up to 2 years of work experience in sales, account management, or a related role.Understanding of sales processes and strategies.Knowledge & SkillsStrategic account leadership and the ability to act as the "account lead."\Collaboration skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Expertise in outcome-based selling and crafting value propositions.Proficiency in digital and remote selling.Ability to manage complexity and drive portfolio-based outcomes.Knowledge in P&L management.Business acumen & executive presenceUnderstandingofa modern IT (services) ecosystem.
