Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape Fever’s visual identity across global campaigns and formats. You’ll work closely with senior designers and editors to translate concepts into polished visuals, ensuring brand consistency from digital to print and video. You will manage timelines, coordinate with external vendors, and lead parts of projects to deliver high-quality artwork finalization. This position supports Fever’s global growth by delivering impactful designs that engage international audiences. - Conceptualize and develop visual identities, campaigns, and assets aligned with brand marketing strategies
- Collaborate with senior designers, strategists, and video editors to turn concepts into visual solutions
- Ensure visual consistency and quality across digital campaigns, paid media, print materials, on-site materials, and video content
- Coordinate with external vendors (print, digital production) to ensure execution excellence
- Manage timelines and priorities across multiple projects, leading parts of the process and supporting the team
- Create and oversee artwork finalization with technical standards for print and digital production
- Bridge strategic ideas with execution, maintaining alignment with deadlines and objectivesResponsabilidades
- 3-5 years of professional design experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- Experience leading design projects from start to finish
- Knowledge of graphic and digital production techniques; focus on quality and innovation
- Strong organization and documentation of design processes
- Excellent communication skills with clients and internal teams
- Technical expertise in artwork finalization and file preparation for print/digital/mockups
- Proven branding, editorial design, packaging, and digital environments experience
- Fluent in English for international collaboration
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with adaptability
- Familiarity with AI design tools and agents (Midjourney, Sora, Gemini) and integrating them into workflowsRequisitos principales
