This is an operational position with a rotating schedule, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to hotel operational needs. You will work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure a seamless and high‑quality guest experience. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liWelcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth and efficient check‑in and check‑out experience /li liProvide personalized assistance and respond to guest requests with efficiency and care /li liCoordinate room assignments, amenities, VIP setups, and special requests /li liMaintain clear communication with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments /li liMonitor daily arrivals, departures, and in‑house guests to anticipate needs /li liHandle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, ensuring positive outcomes /li liSupport the preparation of welcome letters, room keys, and guest preferences /li liParticipate in daily briefings and contribute to service improvement initiatives /li liRepresent the Grand Hyatt brand with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liProficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus /li liPrevious experience in Front Office or coordinating stays/groups in large‑capacity hotels /li liStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously /li liExcellent communication skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset /li liAbility to work under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team /li liFamiliarity with hotel systems (PMS, Channel Manager; Opera experience is a plus) /li liStrong guest focus and attention to detail /li liProfessional, dynamic, and service‑driven attitude /li liFlexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays /li /ul h3Care Connects Us – Do You Share Our Values? /h3 pAt Hyatt, we care for people so they can be their best.
