Your role
You will be responsible for turning AI capabilities into products and solutions that generate business value, ensuring alignment between technical development, customer needs, and market opportunities.Key responsibilities
Product & Strategy
· Define and own the AI product roadmap, aligned with business priorities
· Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases based on value and feasibility
· Transform prototypes and PoCs into scalable, reusable solutions
· Define value propositions, positioning, and differentiation of AI offerings
· Decide build vs buy vs partner strategies for AI capabilitiesGo-To-Market & Business Development
· Define target segments and use cases for AI solutions
· Support sales and pre-sales activities, including client presentations and solution shaping
· Contribute to proposal development and closing of opportunities
· Define packaging, pricing, and commercialization models
· Collaborate with marketing and ecosystem partners to position AI offeringsTeam Leadership
· Lead and coordinate a team of ~10 AI engineers and data scientists
· Translate business requirements into technical direction and priorities
· Ensure delivery of high-quality, production-ready AI solutions
· Foster a product mindset within the team (from experimentation to impact)
· Mentor and develop team membersDelivery & Execution
· Ensure successful delivery of AI solutions in client environments
· Balance innovation with scalability and maintainability
· Define best practices for productization and industrialization of AI

You have a strong combination of product, business, and AI experience, and you are comfortable operating at the intersection of technology and market needs.Experience & background· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
· 6–10+ years of experience in AI, data, or digital product environments
· Proven experience leading AI or data-driven solutions from concept to production
· Experience working with clients or in consulting environments is a plus
· Experience in go-to-market, pre-sales, or business development is highly valuedTechnical knowledge
· Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts (NLP, LLMs, machine learning pipelines, etc.)
· Familiarity with modern AI architectures and tools (cloud, APIs, open-source ecosystems)
· Ability to engage with technical teams and make informed decisions (no need for hands-on coding)Skills & competencies
· Strong product mindset and business orientation
