Overview
In this role you will drive performance excellence through analysis, forecasting, and action planning. You will build and monitor sales strategy, oversee performance improvement and appraisal processes, and guide team development and career paths. You’ll manage operating profit, forecast financials, and lead initiatives to boost client satisfaction and employee engagement. Working with stakeholders, you shape cross-functional outcomes in a fast-paced hybrid Barcelona environment.
