ppWe are seeking an experienced senior leader to own and scale our Consumer Finance function at group level. Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of patient financing: negotiating commercial terms and credit facilities with financing partners, expanding our partner network across markets, and leading the operations team that ensures every local Sales organization offers the right financing solution for each patient. /p pThis is a high-impact, group-level role combining commercial negotiation, partnership management and operational leadership across an international footprint. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Commercial Partnership Strategy /h3 ul liManage the global consumer finance strategy and partner roadmap across all markets. /li liNegotiate and renegotiate commercial terms (rates, fees, acceptance criteria, settlement terms) with existing and new financing partners to improve economics as the business scales. /li liSecure expanded credit facilities and capacity commitments to support patient volume growth. /li liIdentify, evaluate and onboard new financing partners and products (installment lending, BNPL, medical loans) tailored to each market. /li liBenchmark partner performance on approval rates, cost, conversion and patient experience, maintaining healthy competition across providers. /li /ul h3Operations Team Leadership /h3 ul liLead, mentor and develop a Consumer Finance Operations team of 3–4 people. /li liEnsure local Sales teams are equipped with the right financing options and procedures for each patient profile, maximizing approval and conversion rates. /li liDefine and standardize financing workflows, eligibility criteria and escalation processes across countries. /li liAct as the central point of coordination between financing partners, local Sales and Country teams, Finance and Compliance. /li /ul h3Performance, Analytics Governance /h3 ul liOwn the key performance indicators for the function: approval rates, cost of finance, conversion and partner profitability by market. /li liBuild reporting and dashboards for leadership on consumer finance performance and its impact on the patient journey. /li liEnsure compliance with consumer credit regulation, data protection and partner contractual obligations across all jurisdictions. /li liPartner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting and planning related to financing. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile /h3 ul li8+ years' experience in consumer finance, lending partnerships, payments/BNPL, fintech or financial services, including direct commercial negotiation responsibilities. /li liProven track record negotiating credit facilities and partner agreements at scale. /li liExperience managing and developing high-performing teams. /li liStrong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a solid grasp of consumer credit economics. /li liInternational or multi-market experience. /li liFluent Spanish and English (working language); additional European languages an advantage. /li liExcellent stakeholder management across commercial, operational and senior leadership levels. /li liExperience in healthcare, dental, elective medical or high‑ticket consumer services. /li liExperience scaling a function within a high‑growth, investor‑backed environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
