Si su perfil encaja, presente su candidatura.About the Role – Head of FinanceAs part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of a portfolio of internationally branded hotels operating under two of the world’s leading hospitality companies: IHG and Hilton. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, ensuring strong governance, supporting business expansion, and providing strategic guidance to both hotel operations and corporate leadershKey ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the full accounting, administrative, tax, and financial operations of the assigned hotel portfolio.Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.Manage the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and KPI performance.Drive the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts across the portfolio.Monitor cash flow performance and ensure compliance with corporate reporting deadlines and financial procedures.Provide financial leadership and strategic recommendations to hotel General Managers and corporate stakeholders.Support new hotel openings, acquisitions, and integrations, including the implementation of accounting and reporting structures.Oversee ERP configuration, maintenance, and continuous process improvements.Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control policies.Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across the assigned properties.Partner with Operations, Revenue Management, Commercial, and HR teams to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.Identify opportunities for cost optimization, productivity improvements, and financial risk mitigation.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA, or equivalent is highly desirable.Minimum 8 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance leadership role within the hospitality industry.Proven experience managing multi-property or cluster hotel finance operations.Strong understanding of hotel financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.Experience with hotel ERP systems, PMS platforms, and financial reporting tools.Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.Experience working with international hotel brands is highly desirable.What We OfferThe opportunity to join a fast-growing international hotel management company.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of branded and independent hotels across Southern Europe.A strategic leadership role with direct impact on business performance and growth.Competitive salary and performance-based bonus.Career development opportunities within an expanding organization. xkdbapo A dynamic, collaborative, and international working environment.
