Experteer Overview
As Head of FinTech Product, you will own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for the high-scale EuropeanFinTech marketplace. You’ll lead three product teams to improve payment experiences, drive conversion, and ensure compliant, trusted financial flows across multiple countries. Your work will directly influence commercial outcomes and user satisfaction in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment. This role offers a chance to shape a complex monetary lifecycle at the intersection of payments, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own the FinTech product strategy, vision, and roadmap for the European marketplace across 9+ countries.
• Manage a multi-million euro impact area, including commercial negotiations and cost of sales optimization.
• Serve as subject matter expert on payment flows, fraud prevention, and VAT/regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best-in-class UX.
• Lead three product teams to deliver innovative features that boost conversion and user trust.
• Translate fiscal and regulatory needs from Finance into clear product requirements and secure executive buy-in.
Responsabilidades
• 5-7+ years in product development with deep experience in Online Payment Acceptance, Settlement, and Fiscal Services in a high-growth marketplace (B2C/B2B)
• 3+ years in a leadership role
• Deep understanding of marketplace payment architecture (3DS, tokenization) and fraud prevention systems
• Experience with VAT and financial reconciliation processes and ERP integration
• Data- and growth-driven commercial product accountability with tangible impact on unit economics
