This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building a world-class gaming portfolio, driving user growth, engagement, revenue, and positioning the company as a leading player in digital gaming ecosystems globally. /p pYou will operate at the intersection of product, partnerships, and commercial performance, translating market opportunities into scalable gaming experiences. /p h3Roles And Responsabilities /h3 h3Product Strategy Vision /h3 ul liDefine and execute the global gaming strategy aligned with business objectives /li liIdentify market trends, player behaviours, and emerging opportunities (casual, mid-core, Triple AAA, cloud gaming.... etc.) /li liBuild a future-focused gaming roadmap with clear growth and monetisation levers /li /ul h3Product Leadership Portfolio Ownership /h3 ul liOwn the end-to-end gaming product portfolio (Design, build, launch, scale, optimize) /li liLead the development of engaging, high-retention gaming experiences /li liDrive data‑led decision‑making across engagement, LTV, retention, and ARPU /li liEnsure best‑in‑class UX, gameplay mechanics, and monetisation models /li /ul h3Commercial Revenue Growth /h3 ul liOwn gaming PL and deliver against revenue, margin, and growth targets /li liOptimise monetisation strategies (in‑app purchases, subscriptions, ads revenues, vouchers, competitions, play Earn ....etc.) /li liIdentify new revenue streams and expansion opportunities across markets /li /ul h3Partnerships Ecosystem Development /h3 ul liBuild and manage strategic partnerships with game studios, publishers, and platforms /li liLead negotiations and commercial agreements to expand the gaming portfolio /li liDevelop a strong partner ecosystem to accelerate content acquisition and innovation /li /ul h3Stakeholder Management Leadership /h3 ul liAct as the primary product authority for gaming internally and externally /li liInfluence senior stakeholders through data‑driven insights and clear value propositions /li liLead and develop a high‑performing product team, fostering ownership, accountability, and innovation /li /ul h3Governance Performance Management /h3 ul liDefine product KPIs and success metrics, ensuring data‑driven decision‑making /li liEstablish quality standards, testing frameworks, and release governance /li liProactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies /li /ul h3Technical Competencies/Skills /h3 ul liStrong strategic thinking with execution excellence /li liDeep understanding of gaming mechanics, player psychology, and monetisation models /li liData‑driven mindset with strong analytical capability /li liExceptional stakeholder and partner management skills /li liLeadership presence with the ability to influence at executive level /li liKnowledge of gaming ecosystems, monetisation models, and user engagement mechanics /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liA minimum of 7 years in mobile gaming platforms, PWAs, Web App based gaming /li liplatforms, Causal Gaming, Ad based revenue models /li liProven experience defining and executing against roadmaps using Agile methodologies /li liExpertise in both web and native app development and deployment /li liComprehensive understanding of the digital value chain and key trends in global transformation. Experience in D2C and B2B2C is a must.
