We have built a solid business across Ukraine, Poland, and Spain, with Spain currently being our priority and fastest-growing market.
At the same time, we are not just scaling what already works. We are always rethinking how this category should evolve — combining marketplace dynamics, product innovation, and AI to build a scalable and sustainable mental health ecosystem.

strengthening unit economics in core markets
scaling Spain and selected new markets
testing new growth approaches and revenue models
building competitive advantage through product and technology
THE ROLE: GROWTH ARCHITECT
This is a business-critical role responsible for unlocking Clearly's next stage of growth — primarily through product, technology, and new business models, and then through marketing and other channels.
This is a new role for Clearly. We are looking for someone who specializes in exactly this field with deep growth experience and a genuine growth mindset.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Growth Strategy & New Growth Directions
Own and continuously refine Clearly's growth strategy, with a focus on new client and new product acquisition
Identify and validate new revenue streams, business models, and growth directions
Define how the business scales, primarily through product innovation, technology, and marketplace mechanics, and then through marketing and other levers
Own unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback) for new launches, new growth instruments, and experiments
Maintain a clear view of forecasting and ROI across growth initiatives
Product, Tech & AI as Primary Growth Levers
Work closely with Product and Tech to identify and unlock growth opportunities within the product
Translate product and technology capabilities into concrete growth hypotheses and experimentsDrive initiatives around personalization, matching quality, retention loops, and engagement
Identify where AI can unlock meaningful improvements in acquisition, retention, or monetization
Ensure new features and innovations have clear business impact
Leverage product and tech advantages to support expansion into new markets (in close collaboration with the Expansion team)
Business Model Innovation
Explore and test new business models that can drive growth beyond the current marketplace structure
Evaluate pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies as growth levers
Design experiments to validate new models before scaling them
Own P&L tracking for new business models and growth experiments
Experimentation & Growth Loops
Build a culture of structured experimentation across product, channels, and business models
Design and run A/B tests across acquisition, product, pricing, and retention
Identify and scale growth loops (referrals, reactivation, supply-side improvements)
Develop a deep understanding of funnel performance, attribution, and cohort behavior
Cross-Functional Alignment
Align Product, Tech, Marketing, and Supply teams around shared growth priorities during growth stages
Build strong feedback loops between customer insights, product decisions, and growth strategy
Ensure consistent execution across teams
Turn strategy into fast, structured execution, without duplicating responsibilities of existing team leads
Team & Leadership
Build and lead a high-performing growth team (analysts, marketers, growth engineers, ops)
Hire and develop strong operators with both analytical and strategic thinking
Set clear priorities and maintain high execution standards
Foster a culture of ownership, speed, and accountability
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
5+ years in growth, strategy, or general management roles in marketplaces, SaaS, or similar environments
Proven track record of scaling B2C businesses with ownership over results
Strong understanding of product-led growth and how technology can drive acquisition and retention
Experience designing and validating new growth directions or business models
Experience working with unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback) in the context of new launches and experimentation
Experience working closely with product and engineering teams
Analytics & Thinking
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in funnel analysis, cohorts, and experimentation
Ability to turn data into decisions and prioritize effectively
Experience with tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Looker, or similar (SQL is a plus)
Mindset & Execution
Founder-level ownership and ability to operate in ambiguity
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
Fast decision-making and structured thinking
Comfortable challenging assumptions and proposing new approaches
Focused on outcomes, not activity
Genuine interest in mental health and building meaningful products
Language
English: C1+
Spanish is a strong plus
