You will report to the Country Manager, and be a member of the Country Steering Committee. /p pWithin a scope of around 1,400 employees, you will build a high-performing, strategically focused HR organization and actively drive the transformation toward clear processes, standards, and modern HR management. /p pHere’s what you can look forward to: /p ul liYou will actively shape the development of a modern HR organization in Spain and support transformation processes. In doing so, you will foster a forward-looking leadership and corporate culture. /li liYou will lead and develop our HR team and ensure consistent, service-oriented HR consulting. At the same time, you will serve as a strategic partner to the executive board and senior management on all strategic and operational people-related issues. /li liYou will be responsible for strategic workforce planning and will continuously develop our organization, keeping an eye on capacity, skills, and succession planning. /li liYou will further expand our HR focus areas, such as Recruiting, Talent Learning, and HR IT Analytics. In doing so, you will develop modern HR tools, programs, and data-driven management approaches. /li liYou will optimize our HR services (including payroll and administration) and ensure efficient, cross-location processes. You will also establish clear standards and a reliable service and escalation management system. /li liYou will ensure compliance with all labor law and regulatory requirements and further develop HR policies. You will also be responsible for KPI systems, HR controlling and reporting, as well as collaboration with employee representative bodies. /li liYou will manage the entire HR budget, including personnel costs and projects. You will also be responsible for forecasts, benchmarks, and sustainable cost development. /li liYou will oversee collaboration with works councils and unions at both the strategic and operational levels. In this role, you will negotiate agreements and advise senior management on all matters related to employee participation. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liSeveral years of leadership experience in a comparable senior HR role with a focus on team development and successfully managing change processes. /li liIn-depth knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law, and works council law, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge in practice and when dealing with works councils. /li liExperience in change management, organizational development, and HR digitalization, as well as in establishing modern HR structures and processes. /li liFluency in Spanish and English required. /li liIdeally, experience with Workday implementation (e.g., activity splits, processes, responsibilities). /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management skills in dealing with executive management, leaders, employees, and the works council. /li liResults-oriented leader with a proactive approach and a strategic vision for HR transformation. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
